Welcome to Justpay Media (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with our services or making payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services
We provide professional digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, website design, and social media marketing for property listings and related industries.
2. Payments
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Payment must be received in full (or as agreed in writing) before work commences. Ongoing services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services are digital and labor-intensive:
- A full refund is available only if no work has started.
- Once work begins, payments become non-refundable, except in cases of non-delivery as defined in your service agreement.
- For recurring plans, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date.
- All refund or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@justpaymedia.com.
4. Delivery of Services
All deliverables are digital. Delivery timelines vary by service type, generally between 7 and 30 business days.
Deliverables are considered fulfilled once reports, designs, or campaign materials are provided through email or a secure online platform.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must supply accurate information, grant required account access, and approve deliverables promptly. Delays caused by client inaction do not alter billing obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Justpay Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under California jurisdiction.
