1. General Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice (email, letter, etc.) at least 3 business days before the scheduled service delivery date.
Cancellations must be submitted on company’s email address or via our website portal.
Refunds
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 3 business days before the agreed-upon service start date.
Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 2 business days before the service, a partial refund of 50% will be granted, excluding any non-refundable costs or expenses already incurred by the company.
Non-Refundable Services: If the service involves third-party vendors (e.g., photographers, video production, staging, etc.), any expenses already paid on behalf of the client to those vendors will not be refundable.
Cancellation Fees
No Fee: No cancellation fee applies if cancellation occurs more than 1 business days before the service start date.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 3 business days of the service start date are subject to a late cancellation fee of $30 to cover administrative costs and preparation work.
Same-Day Cancellation: For cancellations made on the same day of the service or within 24 hours, the client will be charged 10% of the service fee or a flat rate of $30, whichever is higher.
Non-Cancellable Services
Certain services such as print advertisements, digital ad campaigns, or any content that has already been created, scheduled, or distributed may not be cancellable or refunded. Clients will be notified before engaging in these services if they are considered non-cancellable.
Contractual Obligations
If a client has entered into a long-term contract (e.g., monthly marketing services), the contract may require a notice period (e.g., 30 days) before cancellation is effective.
In the event of early termination of a contract, the client may be responsible for paying a prorated amount for services rendered up to the cancellation date, as well as any cancellation fees outlined in the contract.
Changes to Services
Clients may request modifications to the scope or schedule of services. Such changes may result in additional fees or a change in delivery timelines, and these adjustments are subject to approval by both parties.
The company reserves the right to reschedule or adjust services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues), but clients will be notified as early as possible.
Exceptions
The company understands that unexpected situations may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, family matters). In such cases, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding cancellations or fees will be handled through a formal mediation process before further legal action is considered.
